"Quisiera poner 0 estrellas porque es lo que siento que se merecen! Durante años estuve todos mis vehículos y mi casa asegurados con state farm bajo esta locación! En el 2023 en mi casa inicie la construcción de un nuevo garaje y una persona de parte de state Farm paso por mi casa y tomo unas fotos de la nueva construcción y me hicieron una llamada exigiéndome nuevas fotos con la construcción terminada si no cancelarían la póliza de mi casa lo cual les conteste que no soy fotógrafo y les exigí como cliente que de igual forma debían enviar su fotógrafo al que vino a tirar las fotos de la construcción lo cual no les dio la gana de hacer y para mi sorpresa me vine a enterar apenas hace unos días que la póliza de mi casa fue cancelada en diciembre he decir que me pase inocentemente casi un año sin seguro (imaginen la magnitud de la gravedad tener tu casa sin seguro todo ese tiempo) y que según ellos me lo notificaron por medio a cartas!! Cartas que nunca recibí en mis manos! TENIENDO ELLOS MI NUMERO DE TELEFONO que se supone que esa debió ser la via principal de comunicarme directamente que mi póliza seria cancelada! Ya que bastante que se comunicaban conmigo para ofrecerme nuevas coberturas o para los cobros ect ect!"
